Machines and Beverages

How many drink options do your machines offer?
TouchBrew4U machines offer over 20 drink selections. Options range from strong to mild, sweet to aromatic, and full foam to minimal foam. Beverage selections can be adjusted at any time, and seasonal options can be rotated in throughout the year at no additional cost.

Can the machines pour different cup sizes?
Yes and No.  Our systems can accommodate everything from traditional espresso cups to larger servings and carafes, depending on the setup and machine size. We program your machine to serve a certain pour size, like 8oz or 10oz.  Once established, that specific size is poured.

 Space, Power, and Water

How much space does a TouchBrew4U machine need?
Space requirements vary depending on the machine size. We offer tabletop and cabinet-style machines to fit different environments. Before installation, we review your available space to ensure proper fit and placement.

Do the machines need water?
Yes. Filtered water is essential for quality coffee. Our preferred setup is a direct water line with an inline filtration system. When a direct connection is not available, machines can operate using a self-contained five-gallon water tank.
We handle water setup, filtration, and installation.

Do the machines require special power or internet?
Machines use standard electrical power. Internet or Wi-Fi is not required for normal operation.

Service, Tracking, and Maintenance

Who cleans and maintains the machine?
TouchBrew4U handles all technical maintenance, servicing, restocking, and performance management. Host locations are responsible only for simple daily care such as wiping exterior surfaces and emptying the grounds bin if needed. We provide clear training at installation so your staff knows exactly what to do.

How often are machines serviced?
Service frequency depends on usage. Machines are typically serviced weekly or bi-weekly to restock supplies, clean equipment, and ensure everything is operating properly.

How do you track usage and refills?
Our systems track every drink served through internal meters. This allows us to monitor usage, schedule service visits, and ensure supplies are replenished on time. Hosts do not need to track usage manually.

Cost, Billing, and Commitment

Are there any upfront costs or contracts?
No. There is no cost for machine delivery, installation, initial plumbing setup, basic supplies, or ongoing service. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How does billing work?
TouchBrew4U operates on a per-cup model. You are billed only for the actual number of drinks served.

At setup, you choose either an 8 oz or 10 oz pour size, and the machine is configured to dispense only that size. Billing is based on the total number of cups poured, and pricing varies by beverage due to ingredient costs. You only pay for what is used.

What if I change my mind later?
You can cancel at any time. There are no penalties or cancellation fees.

Revenue and Fundraising

Can TouchBrew4U generate revenue for my business?
Yes. Many businesses use TouchBrew4U as an additional revenue stream. Per-cup profit is built into the model, allowing the system to earn its place in your space.

Can this be used for fundraising?
Yes. Schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations can use TouchBrew4U as a passive fundraising tool. The process works the same way as business installations, with proceeds directed toward fundraising goals.

Sustainability, Fit and Flexibility

Are TouchBrew4U machines environmentally friendly?
TouchBrew4U systems are designed with sustainability in mind. Machines grind whole beans fresh for each drink, eliminating the need for single-use pods.
Used coffee grounds are compostable, and the system supports reusable mugs when appropriate. Paper cups are available if requested.

Is TouchBrew4U only for offices?
No. TouchBrew4U works best in high-traffic public and shared spaces such as restaurants, retail locations, offices, medical and professional lobbies, gyms, hotels, and community organizations.

Does this require staff involvement?
TouchBrew4U is a self-serve system and we handle all servicing, maintenance, and restocking. Staff are not responsible for operating or managing the machine.

Your team simply performs light daily care, such as wiping surfaces and emptying the grounds bin if needed, to keep the area clean and presentable. We provide clear training at installation so this routine is quick and easy.
